We’re excited to invite you to KANA Lobby Day on Thursday, January 22, 2026, at the Kansas State Capitol in Topeka!
This free event is your opportunity to make a difference by connecting directly with legislators and sharing the issues that matter most to KANA and our members.
The day will begin at 8:00 AM in our lobbyist's building with a briefing from the KANA lobby team. You’ll then be assigned to a team and provided with a meeting schedule and talking points to guide your conversations. Each group will have an experienced team lead to help facilitate discussions.
We’ll conclude around 12:00 PM, and we encourage you to invite your legislator to lunch to continue the conversation in a more informal setting.
This is a wonderful chance to advocate for our profession, strengthen relationships with policymakers, and show the strength and unity of KANA’s voice at the Capitol.
