Schedule & Location
The morning will begin at 8:00 AM at 800 SW Jackson Street, Basement Level, Conference Rooms A & B. We recommend parking in the garage beneath the Statehouse and walking over; however, there is also metered street parking available in front of 800 SW Jackson. Coffee and food will be provided.

Appointments & Teams
The day prior to Lobby Day, you will receive an email with a complete list of your scheduled legislative appointments. This schedule will also be printed for you on the day of the event. Attendees will be divided into smaller groups based on home address and legislators. Each group will have a designated team lead who is well-versed in KANA’s priority issues.

Linked here is the one-page handout that will be shared with each legislator. Please review it in advance so you feel comfortable discussing our key talking points.

Conclusion & Lunch Meetings
The event will conclude at 12:00 PM. We encourage you to reach out to your representative and invite them to lunch following the meetings. If you are unsure who your legislator is, you may find that information using this link. It is the State legislators. 

Dress Code
The dress code is business formal. Suits and ties are preferred, or the professional equivalent. Comfortable shoes are strongly recommended, as there will be a fair amount of walking throughout the morning.
