 The purpose of the KANA PAC is to provide direct, tangible support to help elect or re-elect those candidates who will work in the interest of the profession.
The KANA-PAC is non-partisan we support the candidates that we feel will best represent our interests. Several members spend countless hours developing political networks that facilitate communications with our state and federal legislators, while also monitoring the activities that impact the practice of nurse anesthesia. These communications along with campaign contributions have helped every nurse anesthetist in this state.
One of the best ways to support our profession is to support the KANA-PAC, monetary donations and time spent getting to know your local legislators is invaluable to our profession. Someone once said that if you are not at the table you will be on the menu! What we choose to bring to the table is up to us as individuals, if you are unable to commit your time, than please consider a monetary commitment in support of the KANA-PAC.
